Heresy Austria Launch + Bushfire Fundraiser report

Ok, first of all, serious props to Heresy’s Jaye F and her 3degrees women’s ski team (that’s right beeyartches we’re sponsoring a SKI team) for running our Austrian launch plus bushfire fundraiser – which by the way raised a very respectable AUD$1500 for the Red Cross’s Victorian Bushfire appeal. Awesome.

Heresy Product Cull

We’ve been doing a fair bit of soul searching recently, and have decidedly, somewhat sadly and relunctantly to cull (at least as formal product releases) our beanies, scarves, trackie dacks and thermals. I’m a little sad about dropping all of these as they were all very, very good products. The feedback on all of them has always been very solid.

Arctic sea ice will probably not recover

From the very excellent 2 year study International Polar Year we have this report on Arctic sea ice melt.
Why does this matter? More heat = less ice = more heat….you get the drift. Our planet is warming up. MY SNOW SEASONS ARE UNDER THREAT, and this does not make me happy, dammit.
