Elected on a percentage of around 1.8% of the state senate vote (due to the Senate voting algorithm for Australia), he represents neither a majority nor commonsense. Representative of the religious right (Family First) he exhibits all the pre-Copernican traits of a cave-man. And that’s being nice.
